The ring (extreme)
I completed this room with my husband, and was pleasantly surprised. Whilst the pre and post game assistance was limited - the facilities are comfortable enough, but there was no real chatter or services prior to the game. We did get a photo afterwards with the actress though. We have done some games with actors before, but this one exceeded all expectations. It was a perfect horror escape for a couple or small group. The room design was excellent, it followed the story, with good attention to detail, and an eerie atmosphere. The puzzles were logical and not too difficult, which gave us time to enjoy the atmosphere and escape in time, without getting too frustrated or stuck. The movie theme continued throughout, and the actress did an amazing job of keeping us spooked. We really enjoyed this room, and highly recommend completing the extreme versionAIR CRASH INVESTIGATION
I completed this room with my family, and despite helpful and friendly staff, we felt the room left a lot to be desired. Upon entry, the staff were quite friendly and helpful, making small talk, and explaining everything that we needed to know about the rules and background of the story. A monitor also played a short video on the story upon entry to the room. The decor of the room was nicely designed, and resembled the scene but wasnt amazing. The puzzles were a dissappointment. Despite an initial mechanical intro, and a couple of interesting puzzles, the rest of the puzzles relied on finding codes and figuring out where to put them. An important part of one puzzle was only in Polish, and we couldnt work out how to complete it, and the majority of puzzles were very uninspiring, using very little creativity, no logical order and most didnt really link through with the story. I really wouldnt recommend this room, there are better rooms in Gdansk, and at Questrooms which are far more entertaining.Zen Master
I completed this room with my husband and children. We really enjoyed this room. The attention to detail in the decor is fantastic, and the puzzles suited the theme well, and were well designed and varied. The room would be best suited to intermediate to experienced players, and there was enough to keep a team of 3 - 4 experienced players occupied throughout. I would definitely recommend visiting this room if you are in WarsawUnderwater Adventure
I visited this room with my husband and 3 children. We completed the adults version. The room decor was very good, and the puzzles followed the theme, but everything happened a little slowly, and there were only a few puzzles. It was a little difficult for beginners, but not enough puzzles to satisfy experienced players. There are much better rooms at Funscape, and I would recommend doing their other rooms instead. If you really have a thing for the theme, then it would be best for teams of 2 - 3.Desert Island
I visited this room with my husband and children and we chose to complete the adults version of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there is a great lounge area while you wait. From entering we were incredibly impressed by the look and feel of the room. They have done an amazing job of the decor, and if anyone in the group is too tired to solve puzzles they can just relax on the sunchair. The first main puzzle was incredibly difficult and could have been designed better. It added quite a lot of frustration to the game, which was otherwise not too complex. This room was a lot of fun, and great to bring children, as there is plenty for them to do. Highly recommended for families. Also worth doing for smaller groups of more experienced players.Bunkr 13
I visited this room with my husband and children, and it was my husbands favourite of all time (and definitely up there for the rest of us). The room was design was fabulous, and really fitted well with the city and local interest. There was a huge variety of puzzles to solve, and plenty to keep even the largest groups occupied. This is really one room not to be missed, especially if you can bring plenty of friends. The room also contains the waiting area, and drinks, still keeping the theme of the room. The only downfall for us, was that we wasted far too much time on one fiddly puzzle, which needed almost all of us, and didnt get several of the other puzzles done, which was dissapointing. This room is definitely a challenge, and has plenty of difficulty for even the most advanced players.Krakow Beast
I completed this room with my husband and children, and it is an incredibly well designed room, with a huge range of puzzles. There was enough to keep larger groups and families occupied, with a good mix of simpler and more difficult puzzles - both mechanical and puzzle oriented. We found one puzzle quite confusing. We were unfortunate to have a fault with the electronics in the room while we were played, and had to stop for a few minutes, but were given a discount afterwards. A great theme for the city, and with puzzles and decor that fit well. Especially good room for families, and definitely worth doing if you are visiting Krakow, and are interested in local folklore. Also quite good for larger groups of beginners.Pirates ship
I completed this room with my husband and children, and it is absolutely fantastic on every level. There is a huge variety of different puzzles, from finding things, solving codes to skill. There is plenty to do at the same time, and enough to challenge both children, adults, beginners and experts. The room design is superb, and every element is amazingly done. There is water, lollies and puzzles in the waiting room, and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend this room for families, larger groups and anyone who appreciates an immersive and well done experience. Definitely one of the top escape rooms I have visited, and by far the best family room. The interrogation room
I completed this room with my husband and children. The initial service was a little poor as we had booked online, but noone showed up at the game, and the staff member was not aware of the booking/ prepared but the game went ahead quite smoothly anyway. The location was quite difficult to find, but is in an underground room which fits the theme very well. There was a good mix of puzzles, and plenty to keep everyone occupied, although one of the puzzles needed some specific knowledge, which we found quite tough. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting if you want to fill in some time in the lovely old town of Cesky Krumlov. The room was quite well suited to all group types and sizes, and good for families also.Architects Secret
Completed this room with my husband and children. The room design was somewhat bland, but the puzzles were very well designed, and had a good mix of puzles and difficulty for everyone. A great extra thing to do after the ossuary and silver mine in Kutna Hora, and well suited for larger groups and intermediate/ experienced players. There were a couple of tough puzzles. The host was very helpful and friendly, and overall we had a great time.Blackbeard’s Treasure
I completed this room with my husband and daughter. The room is beautifully decorated in theme, the puzzles keep to the storyline, there is a good mix of puzzle types and there is plenty to do, HOWEVER, I need to mention that this room is very difficult! Staff will only give ints when asked for, which is great - but we should probably have asked for a few more. This is a great room to complete as a challenge for experienced groups, but I think beginners would simply end up frustrated. Especially as the staff were strict on time, we left feeling as if we hadnt accomplished very much at all and felt a little let down. One of the puzzles involved doing something we were specifically told not to do at the beginning of the game, which was a little annoying. Pre and post sales service was limited.Collector
This was a seriously terrifying room. I did this with my husband and teenage daughter, and we all got a fright or two. The puzzles required looking carefully (not our strong point), so we found it a little frustrating at times, and needed a couple of hints. The hints system was fantastic, and every element added to the atmosphere of the room and the puzzles were very much on theme and very interesting. I would definitely reccommend this room for horror fans - probably best in groups of 2 - 4. We were very close to escaping when the timer ran out, and our main dissapointment with the room was that we werent given any extra time to finish, not even with the games host, so the ending felt abrupt and like failure. There was also very limited pre or post game service.Grave
I visited this room with my husband and children. It wasnt ranked on tripadvisor, and we didnt really know what to expect. It was quite difficult to find, as it is located in an apartment block out of town, and you need to enter a normal looking yard and building without much signage (make sure your GPS works), but we found this room to be a real diamond in the rough. While it has an age limit of 16 and above, the owner is fine with families entering. The room is not horror themed, and is fine as long as you are not claustrophobic. There was plenty to keep larger groups occupied, and a great variety of puzzles including one type we hadnt seen before. The decor and puzzles kept to the theme and really added to the atmosphere. This was definitely one of those rooms that didnt have a huge budget, and all the gizmos, but is nevertheless done really well, and a lot of fun. Highly recommended for intermediate to advanced groups of up to 4 people, and great to do if your looking for something a little different!Blackbeard
This room is designed specifically for children (or very new beginners). It is fantastic for these groups, but not really suited for anyone else. If you want an escape room that your children will be able to figure out on their own- this is just perfect. Very cute puzzles using toys etc. My children are very experienced with escape rooms, and two of them found it a little easy, but it kept the youngest kids very busy whereas they arent normally able to help much in adult rooms. The Mars Expedition
I completed this room with my husband and two children. We completed it in about 45 minutes using two hints. The design and puzzles suit the theme well, and match the storyline. A good mix of mechanics and codes to suit groups with different talents and keep it interesting. What to do next is generally fairly clear, with one or two confusing moments. I think that knowing how many digits are needed for each lock would help. The room is quite linear, and the puzzles are not too difficult. I think this would be a great room for beginners, families with younger children or smaller groups of 2 -3, as there wasnt enough to keep large groups occupied. The lost treasure
I completed this room with my husband and 3 children, and it was an incredible experience. This room is very unique, and definitely not for the claustrophobic or obese, but perfectly suited to wannabe Indiana Jones, cavers and tunnel lovers - also perfect for families/ children. The room and puzzle design is incredible, a highly immersive experience which strongly follows the storyline. It is also very unique in design and theme. The puzzles are very straightforward and linear. We always felt as if we knew what to do next/ with each puzzle, however most are fairly manual, and require memory, teamwork or dexterity to solve, so are very difficult to finish quickly. As a large group we found that one or two people were occupied at a time while the others sat down, as the game is very linear I would suggest it may be best for groups of 2 - 3 rather than large groups. There is an automatic system (I think it was automatic) which gives 'hints' in the form of reading a diary, which we found little annoying at times, as we really didnt want hints, and usually knew what to do anyway. As such I think this room has plenty to keep both beginners and experienced players entertained. There is a great reception, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and plenty of logic puzzles and candy to keep everyone entertained while you wait. Definitely one of the top providers in Berlin in every aspect.Escape from East Berlin
Visited this room with my husband and 3 children, and this was absolutely fantastic. Perfect for larger groups, there was plenty to do, and much could be done simultaneously with a whole range of different puzzle types - and some extremely clever ones. The storyline, design and integration of puzzles is flawless and gives an amazing realistic experience. Every prop was placed to fit the theme. Would highly reccommend this for larger groups of 4 - 5, and anyone who wants to combine tourism with escape rooms - it feels like you are doing something with real relevance to the city. Great for families also - as there is a wide range of difficulty, and something for everyone to feel useful. The staff were fantastic, helpful, and very knowledgable and went out of their way to assist us and make us comfortable pre and post game. There is a cosy waiting room with varied logic puzzles and refreshments. This is an incredibly well designed and immersive room. The one thing that lowered the score slightly, is that we had some technical issues, including a door being open where it should not have been and a little confusion on what to do/ not to do. Even so, this is still one of the best games we have done - and this was agreed upon by all players.Alice in wonderland
This was the first room we did in Poznan, chosen for its family friendly theme, and it definitely didnt disappoint. I completed this room with my husband and 3 children, and everyone loved it. We started a little slow as we got stuck on the first puzzle, and everyone was getting a little frustrated until we got a hint. There were a couple of difficult puzzles involved, but several simpler ones also. There were a couple of puzzle types I had never encountered before, which I thought was inventive and fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated in theme, and a lot of fun to play in. Perfect for older families or Alice fans. Best suited to groups of 2 - 3 as puzzles are quite linear. Also highly recommend this company to those who like to sit and chat before/ after the room and value an excellent host. However, the best thing about this escape room was the friendly and attentive customer service. We began the game in a courtyard with games and water. The host spoke excellent English, and was genuinely interested in chatting with us about our experiences and games. By far the best customer service we have received in Poland, which makes a big difference when you are completing a room with friends or to celebrate and want to have a full experience rather than finish up and go.Alladin
I completed this room with my husband - and wow! I really wished I had brought the kids as they would have loved this one. Perfect for families- this fully mechanical escape room was beautifully designed and really conveyed the theme throughout. Every puzzle was related to the theme, and worked with the story line. We didnt find it easy - some of the puzzles were a little fiddly - which meant that we had given up on the correct way of doing things and tried different ways which took up a lot of time, but this didnt impact too much on the fun of the game. There was a range of difficulty involved to suit mixed ages. The staff did not give unwanted hints, and allowed us extra time to finish when needed. He was also friendly and helpful throughout. If you are an escape room inclined family, this is a must do in Poznan, although I feel it would also be best suited for groups of 2 - 4 of any age.Inquisitor
I visited this room with my husband. The atmosphere of the room was amazing - the rooms are in a dank cellar and really help you to feel the part. The design and puzzles match very well with the storyline, and the props are fantastic. The puzzles themselves also followed the story well, however there was a fair amount of emphasis on finding things, which combined with the difficulty of the puzzles made it very difficult for a group of 2 and left us a little frustrated a t times, and I would definitely recommend this room for groups of 4 - 5 rather than 2 - 3 as there is a lot to do. On the plus side, the room master gave us plenty of extra time and assistance to finish the room. This was among the best escape rooms I have done, and also one of the best in Poznan. The location in the cellar of an older building also helped with the atmosphere, and the staff were quite helpful and friendly (although there was no extras such as toilets and refreshments in the waiting area)The trolls elixir
I completed this game with my husband and children aged 10 and 12. We were very excited to play this room, as the theme was very unique and seemed perfect for a family game. The room design was also very interesting and unique, but it could do with a repainting as much of the paint was worn. The game had very abstract and unusual puzzles, and was far more difficult than expected - partly because of issues with the layout and wear and tear. The issues led to a fast feeling of frustration and boredom for all, and we felt dissappointed by several aspects of the game. There was a large reliance on finding hidden items, and the actions of searching ruined another puzzle which was important to the game. I thought the room had a lot of potential - but needed a makeover and afew issues fixed to become what it could be. I also think it would be useful to make the room more child/ family friendly - as families would be one of the main visitors for this type of theme and it was a little young for adults alone. Staff were helpful, but there was no real chat/ debrief or before/ after sales service. The psychiatric ward
Completed this with my husband and children aged 10, 12 and 13. We all really enjoyed this game and felt it was one of the best in the area. The room had a good mix of different puzzles. The room was quite difficult, but there was enough to keep the children interested. The room stuck to its theme, and the puzzles made sense within the context of the room. Would recommend for intermediate to experienced groups, and families with teenagers. We were given quite a few hints to get through this - one of the puzzles we just couldnt get and needed the answer in the end. I felt this company had a lack of debrief and before /after sales service, but generally there are a few language barriers for English speakers in Poland and this may not reflect locals experiences. The wrath of the gods
Completed this escape room with my husband and children aged 10, 12 and 13. The room decor and puzzles were very good, and the puzzles followed the theme well. There was plenty happening for several people to do, and there was a good variety of different puzzles. Overall this was a very good room and we had a lot of fun. One or two puzzles were a little confusing due to the layout and wording and I would reccommend this game for larger groups of intermediate to experienced players. It was too difficult for children and complete beginners. Hints were only given when requested and we needed one main hint, a few clarifications and some extra time to finish. Staff were helpful but there was no real attempt made to de brief, relax or chat before or after the game. The forgotten room
I completed this game with my husband and children aged 10, 12 and 13. The room is simple but nicely designed. The story given on the website didnt really match the actual rooms theme at all - the theme is more relating to the diary of the person who died to find out what happened. The room was fairly average in puzzle design and entertainment. Its a good room for escape room addicts who want to do every room in the region, and we did have a good time but there are better escape rooms in Gdynia. I wouldnt reccommend for families, beginners or those who only have time to do one or two escape rooms in the area. Would suit smaller teams of experienced players. There were quite a few puzzles to solve, and one or two had us stumped for awhile. We needed one main clue to get through, and some extra time. You had to ask for hints, but the hints given were not always relevant to where we were at. The staff were helpful, and allowed us to minimise time between each room (we did 3 in a row) but there was no real friendly chat or room debrief/explanations nor service. The Cure
After attending this unusual location - which consists of a tiny shack amongst a derelict industrial area, we were pleasantly surprised by this escape room which was a whole lot of fun. I completed this escape room with only my partner, and whilst we found the puzzles logical, varied, linear and alot of fun, there were so many of them it was difficult to finish as a duo and we escaped a few minutes after the time limit. I feel it would more achievable with a team of 3 or 4, but was a great experience nonetheless. The room design, furnishings and puzzle types stuck quite closely to the theme of the room, had a moderate level of difficulty and included both logical and practical puzzles. This room used some unique style puzzles which improved the interest of the game. The decor and furnishings were simple but true to theme. Puzzles are linked by symbols, so as not to get confused. The first room had a lot of locks, but the second room made up for this with more practical puzzles. The main negative was that hints were given without request, at points where we were not yet frustrated. If you do not wish this I would suggest to the game masters before hand, and the location was very small and difficult to access without a car. The room was great for beginners as well as more experienced players, and provided a good level of value and enjoyment for the price. Would recommend it for groups of up to 4 of all ages and ability. Definitely very well planned and one worth visiting.Teslas Mystery
Completed this room with my husband and family. We needed extra time to finish, partly due to a puzzle which did not work. I think the room design and decor was fantastic, there was enough happening to be interesting, with enough for everyone to touch, think and try. There was one very difficult puzzle which stumped us for quite some time. Whilst the idea was good, the method of answering was a little too far fetched. A highly technical room, which suits a mix of practical and logical people, I felt that this could have been a far better experience than it was, with some small attention to detail. It is dissapointing when puzzles dont work as they should, and no discount or compensation was offered. All in all I felt this could be a fantastic room, but needs some minor changes and attention to detail to reach its full potential. Would recommend this room to a variety of groups as it is quite unique and hopefully other groups dont face the same technical issues.Mr Fox Secret Study
Completed this room with my husband and family. We succeeded in time with two main hints required, although several times we were given hints with information that we already knew and were not very helpful. The room design was simple and in theme, but didnt have any exciting/ technical features. The puzzles themselves were interesting, with a few new ideas but still very reliant on locks. The puzzles were very linear and logical, with each puzzle leading to the next, however with a large group we had several people sitting out bored for a good portion of the time. I think this would be better for small adult groups such as couples or friends who are logical thinkers and like a challenge. I wouldn't recommend for large groups or families.Valhalla
Did this room with my husband and three children. We found it to be very good fun. It was very suited to families/ larger beginner groups, with a wide range of puzzles and items which could be completed at the same time, keeping everyone busy. We completed the room in good time, without using any hints or getting frustrated although one lock had been forgotten. The puzzles themselves were fun and varied with both simple and difficult puzzles to suit all ages. The puzzles didnt really develop the story, but they did align closely to the theme. The ending was a fun surprise, although my daughter was grossed out by some of the props. The facility itself was a little lacking in pre and post game facilities, with small amount of seating in a corner, and no refreshments or leaflets etc, although the staff were friendly an experienced. Would recommend this for large beginner groups and families, but not for small groups or the very experienced. The Infinicorp Laborotary
This would have to be the best escape room I have ever played. The design of the room and flow of the puzzles was spectacular. Every aspect of the room design flowed with the storyline, was logical and systematic but had enough happening for several players to be working on different puzzles simultaneously. The room itself looked and felt authentic, with strong attention to detail and no expense spared. I played this with my father, husband, sister and daughter. We didnt end up with a correct solution and didnt solve much on our own merit but had a great time trying. Many of the puzzles themselves would seem to be in the realm of almost impossible for laymen and people without specific technical expertise, but even so the automatic system (you have a team on the outside helping you to infiltrate the laboratory) helps you through the parts of the game which are simply too complex. You need a team including several highly practical and technically skilled people and I would suggest very large teams would work best for this one. Definitely not for beginners or families, but perfect for those who have done it all and want a real challenge.Primakovs Bunker
We played this room with a group of 3, and had to use a few of the automatic hints as we got quite behind due to wasting time trying to figure out which puzzles linked with which items. You play a secret agent attempting to find and disarm a bomb. The level of difficulty is fairly high as many items are used in later puzzles, and you can waste a lot of time on red herrings. The storyline is not too clear, but the rooms and furnishings are amazing and really set the scene, with a great variety of mechanical, lock and manipulation puzzles. I dont really like the automatic hint settings as we like to have the satisfaction of having done it ourselves win or lose. We had a great time doing this room, especially due to the variety of puzzles and realistic room design. I would recommend it for experienced players in larger groups of 4-5. Not suitable for families and wouldnt recomend it for small groups due to the difficultyTrapped
Did this room with my sister and daughter, all experienced at escape rooms. There was a good selection of mechanical and logical puzzles to suit groups with different skills and the room didnt use a lot of locks which made it more authentic. The sequence didnt necessarily seem fully relevant to the theme, but the overall design was excellent and we had a lot of fun with this. I would recommend this room for groups of 3-4 teenagers or adults beginner or experienced who dont mind a bit of a scare.Prison Break
We have been to several games in this location, and enjoyed the other two rooms. I went with my husband, sister and daughter - we are all fairly experienced with and love escape games. The game started well, and had some unique and interesting puzzles, however several players quickly got bored. We managed to bypass several puzzles and escaped quickly, completely surprised, after my daughter played around in the second room. This was not one of my favourite rooms - the story and puzzles didnt really flow and I wouldnt reccommend it for beginners, families or larger groups. I think it would suit small groups who are very experienced better.
