I completed this room with my husband and daughter.
The room is beautifully decorated in theme, the puzzles keep to the storyline, there is a good mix of puzzle types and there is plenty to do, HOWEVER, I need to mention that this room is very difficult! Staff will only give ints when asked for, which is great – but we should probably have asked for a few more.
This is a great room to complete as a challenge for experienced groups, but I think beginners would simply end up frustrated. Especially as the staff were strict on time, we left feeling as if we hadnt accomplished very much at all and felt a little let down. One of the puzzles involved doing something we were specifically told not to do at the beginning of the game, which was a little annoying.
Pre and post sales service was limited.
