I completed this room with my family, and despite helpful and friendly staff, we felt the room left a lot to be desired.
Upon entry, the staff were quite friendly and helpful, making small talk, and explaining everything that we needed to know about the rules and background of the story. A monitor also played a short video on the story upon entry to the room. The decor of the room was nicely designed, and resembled the scene but wasnt amazing.
The puzzles were a dissappointment. Despite an initial mechanical intro, and a couple of interesting puzzles, the rest of the puzzles relied on finding codes and figuring out where to put them. An important part of one puzzle was only in Polish, and we couldnt work out how to complete it, and the majority of puzzles were very uninspiring, using very little creativity, no logical order and most didnt really link through with the story.
I really wouldnt recommend this room, there are better rooms in Gdansk, and at Questrooms which are far more entertaining.
