Did this room with my husband and three children. We found it to be very good fun. It was very suited to families/ larger beginner groups, with a wide range of puzzles and items which could be completed at the same time, keeping everyone busy. We completed the room in good time, without using any hints or getting frustrated although one lock had been forgotten.
The puzzles themselves were fun and varied with both simple and difficult puzzles to suit all ages. The puzzles didnt really develop the story, but they did align closely to the theme. The ending was a fun surprise, although my daughter was grossed out by some of the props.
The facility itself was a little lacking in pre and post game facilities, with small amount of seating in a corner, and no refreshments or leaflets etc, although the staff were friendly an experienced.
Would recommend this for large beginner groups and families, but not for small groups or the very experienced.
